def tattoo goo its brillient. I swear by it. My mums tattoo was getting infected and was only done a few hours n i gave her rest of mine and hers has already healed. So try it. It comes in a wee tin like vaseline and costs £5.00. hope it helps yours

believe it or not if u can cope with the jibes ;) preparation-h covered with cling film...change and shower off with soap once per day for about the first 3 or 4 days...this stops hard scabs forming which crack and scar the tattoo

Bepanthen is also good, this is a nappy rash cream and contains ProVitamin B5 which supports the natural healing process, i used it on mine and healed in 4 days with no scabbing

H2Ocean lotion works pretty darn good, most people do not scab with it, it takes about 7 days to heal most of the way, most shops will carry it, cost is between 7.00 to 20.00

Bepanthan. I had a fairly big tat done across my stomach, which was itchy as FUCK. My friend got a big tat done at the same time, and his was healed way quicker than mine, and not itchy at all - so he told me to get that stuff and it was amazing.

I have a lot of tattoos and have used most lotions and potions Tattoo Aftercare sometimes makes my tattoo bubble and look weepy, but not always,I also like Bepanthan but this sometimes gets gooey. so the way I have to use it is,put cream on if it bubbles wash it off and reaply this works for me

Hi all I used stuff called MANTRA GOO HEALING CREAM , its great only needed a small amount applied twice a day for 3 days heals up very quick mmine healed up in about 5 days in total.
Also A good tip to use on new (or old tattoos) in the Sun to keep the colours nice and bright i use Australian Gold sunblock lip balm (i was recommended this by a friend)
just rub over the tattoo not only does it keep it bright it also protects as its 25spf colours stay intense and you can enjoy the sun as well.

I recommend and use Aquaphore. It's a water based healing ointment, meaning your skin actually absorbs and uses it. I have never used Tattoo Goo or H2Ocean, but hear good things about it. I would like to suggest staying away from A and D ointment because its petroleum based. Petroleum based products aren't absorbed by your skin, they just rest on top of the epidermis creating a moisture barrier. This barrier is bad due to bacteria replication in a warm moist environment. It's also a bad thing due to your skin not being able to breath properly. In worse case, it can lead to pimples, rash, and ingrown hairs which can then develop into Staph Infection! If A and D is being used i suggest washing your tattoo for your first three days MORE times than usual ( usual is about 4-5 times a day) I hope my information was helpful. Oh and about preparation-h ... i wouldn't use anything that is made for someone's ass haha .. im just sayin..

I've found that to just wait a day or two allows the skin to dry a bit and then applying any type of standard skin moisterizer cures the best. When my ribs were done, it took about a week to heel with minimal scab and i didnt have to constantly apply more lotion.

Tattoo Goo. It is made for tatto and it won't clog pores. I used to use it. You can get it -- www.tattoogoostore.com

Funny how people don't get the whole healing thing.
We are all made up differently. What works for one, may not work for another.
When people try and say, my cream is best, most of what I see is just spam.
Try different creams and figure out what works best for you.
    Damn snake oil salespeople! Lol.
